Meet the Team

Our team approach is built around clear communication from the first description of a leak through assessment and repair. Each role contributes to keeping customers informed, coordinating service, and helping ensure that the work addresses the plumbing problem.

The People You Will Work With

Service Coordination

Owner and Service Coordinator

The owner is responsible for the overall customer experience, service standards, and coordination of repair requests. This role includes helping customers explain the problem, reviewing the proposed scope, and ensuring that service commitments reflect actual availability and the work the business is equipped to perform.

Pipe Repair Technician

Pipe Repair Technician

The pipe repair technician focuses on assessing damaged pipes, failed fittings, leaking supply lines, and related plumbing concerns. The role requires careful attention to pipe materials, safe work practices, and appropriate testing after repairs. Careful assessment and clear explanations help customers understand the repair process and available options.

Customer and Project Support

Customer and Project Support

The customer support role helps organize service requests, record reported symptoms, communicate scheduling details, and clarify the next steps for customers. It also helps keep information about estimates, access arrangements, and follow-up work organized. Our support team helps keep service details organized and communicates next steps clearly.

How We Work Together

We begin by listening to the customer and recording the most useful details about the plumbing problem. The location of the water, whether it is still flowing, any change in water pressure, and the ability to shut off the supply can help establish the urgency. We then explain the expected assessment and confirm actual availability before making scheduling commitments.

After the damaged plumbing has been assessed, the proposed work should be explained in plain language. Customers should understand the repair scope, material choices, access requirements, applicable charges, and any work that falls outside the plumbing repair itself. The goal is to keep communication clear, carry out the agreed work responsibly, and identify any remaining testing, drying, or restoration needs.
